Move More Summer 2019
The Move More Summer 2019 campaign is a commitment to being healthier by pledging to engage in 150-300 minutes of physical activity a week for adults and 60 minutes a day for youth. This pledge could be completed by either walking or biking. If you enjoy any other types of exercise, they can counted towards your minutes as well!
